Easy Microwave Chocolate Fudge

3 3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened Dutch cocoa
1/4 cup evaporated skim milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup margarine
1 1/2 tbl semisweet mini chocolate baking bits Recipe
In a microwave-safe large bowl, sift together powdered sugar and cocoa. Stir in milk and vanilla extract. Add margarine, then cook on high in microwave for two to three minutes or until margarine is melted and mixture is hot.
Line an eight-inch square pan with aluminum foil and spray foil with a nonstick cooking spray. Spread fudge onto lined pan. Sprinkle chocolates evenly over fudge and refrigerate until firm.
