    Fantasy Fudge *

    List of Ingredients

    3 cups sugar
    1 7 ounces jar marshmallow creme
    1 5 1/3 ounce evaporated milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3/4 cup margarine
    1 cup chopped nuts -- optional
    1 12 ounces pk chocolate chips

    Recipe

    Combine sugar, margarine, and milk in heavy 2 1/2 qt. saucepan. Bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat. Till candy thermometer reaches 234ºF, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate until melted. Add marshmallow creme, nuts, and vanilla; beat till well blended. Pour into a greased 13x9 pan. Cool at room temperature; cut into squares.
