See's Chocolate Fudge (freezable)

List of Ingredients

3 packages chocolate chips (or more)
2 cups small marshmallows
1/2 pound butter
4 cups chopped nuts
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 small can evaporated milk
4 cups sugar


Recipe

On low heat, stir and bring to full boil the milk and sugar. Boil for 11 minutes, being careful not to burn. Remove from heat, and add vanilla, stirring well. Pour over chocolate, marshmallows and butter. Beat until melted and combined. Stir in nuts and pour into pan. Chill. Can wrap in plastic wrap and then foil and frozen - keeps for weeks.
