1 1/3 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup nondairy creamer
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 pound white chocolate
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
Cook first sugar, butter, creamer and salt without stirring to 238ºF. Remove from heat and add chocolate, marshmallows and vanilla. Blend well. Pour into a 9" pan. When partially cool, cut into squares.
