My Fantastic Fudge

Recipe Introduction
Original Poster's Notes: This is a Wonderfully creamy fudge. It is not dry or hard. I have tried many recipes, and just have never been completely satisfied. After many mishaps, I think I have finally gotten the combination of ingredients perfected. I hope that you all enjoy it!
List of Ingredients
1 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup butter-REAL
3 1/2 cups sugar
4 ounces Baker's chocolate squares

1 can sweetened condensed milk (14-1/2 oz can)
12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
11 1/2 ounces milk chocolate chips
7 ounces marshmallow creme

1 cup nuts pecans or walnuts, chopped

Recipe
Prepare 10 x 13 pan...first line with foil...then butter the foil... set aside. Mix first 4 ingredients in large pot, over med-high heat, stir with wooden spoon. As sugar starts to dissolve, add Baker's chocolate squares, stirring constantly. Bring to boil and cook for 2 minutes, still stirring constantly. Then remove from heat and stir in sweetened condensed milk, blend well. One at a time, add the remaining ingredients. Mixing well after each addition, to be sure they are completely melted. Pour fudge mixture into pan, spread evenly. Cover pan loosely with plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator to cool. Cut into desired amount of pieces.
