List of Ingredients
3/4 cup Parkay
3 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk (5 oz)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 bag Reeses Peanut Butter Chips (10 oz) (10 to 12)
1 jar marshmallow creme (7 oz)
1 cup chopped nuts if desiredRecipe
In a large pan, mix the parkay, sugar, milk and vanilla together. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and bring to a low boil for 5 minutes. Mix the peanut butter chips, marshmallow creme and nuts (if desired) til melted. Pour mixture into greased 13x9 baking dish. Let harden. Fudge can be hardened in the refrigerator or left out to cool. When hardened cut into squares and ENJOY!
