    "This one's so good, it'll make yer eyes roll right back in yer head when you taste it! "

    List of Ingredients




    2 C. sugar
    3 TBS. butter
    1/4 C. white corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 C. evaporated milk
    1/2 C. coconut
    1/8 tsp. salt

    Recipe



    Mix the sugar, corn syrup, evaporated milk, salt and butter in a pan and het it up slow-like until the sugar is melted. Turn up the heat a bit and cook until it makes a soft ball in cold water. Cool (till the bottom of the pan can sit in the palm of your hand without makin' you yell, "Yeeouch, that hurts!" Beat until it loses its shine. Beat in the vanilla and coconut and pour into lightly buttered 8"x8"x2" pan.
