3 cups sugar
1 cup white corn syrup
13 ounces peanuts
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons baking soda
Recipe
Use candy thermometer. Cook sugar, syrup and water in large pan over medium heat until 280ºF. Add peanuts and cook until 300ºF. Remove from heat and add soda. Mix well and pour onto 2 greased cookie sheets. Let cool and break into pieces.
