2 cups California walnuts
1 cup confectioners' sugar sifted
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cold water
walnut halves or large pieces toasted sesame seeds Recipe
Grate walnuts in Mouli grater, or put 1/4 cup at a time into blender jar and whirl until very fine. Mix with confectioners' sugar, salt and water. Shape into small balls; press walnut halves or large pieces into tops, or roll in sesame seeds. makes 20 pieces
