1 cup cornflakes
1/2 cup candied cherries
1/2 cup candied pineapple
2 tablespoons walnuts chopped
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
2 tablespoons pecans chopped
1 egg white
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
few drops pure vanilla extract Recipe
Mix together first six ingredients. Beat egg white with salt until stiff; gradually add confectioners' sugar, beating with an egg beater. Fold in cornflake-pecan mixture; add lemon and vanilla. Mold into small bars, keeping hands moist . Bake in a well-greased pan in preheated 350 F. oven 10 minutes.
