fresh cherries pitted but with stems intact
fresh mint leaves washed and dried
dark chocolate Recipe
Wash, pit, and dry the cherries. Twist or roll up the leaves and tuck into the center of each cherry. Microwave the chocolate in a glass measuring cup on high, using 1 minute per pound of chocolate as a guide. Dip each cherry into the chocolate and place on waxed paper to harden. Serve within a few hours for best presentation.
