    1 cup maple syrup
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup cream
    1 tablespoon butter

    Recipe



    Cook to soft ball stage. Remove from heat and beat until cool and creamy. Pour into buttered pan and cut into squares. Nuts may be added while beating if desired.
