3 cups sugar
1 cup white corn syrup
1/2 cup water
1/4 stick butter
18 ounces peanut butter
powdered sugarRecipe
Cook sugar, syrup and water to 280ºF on candy thermome- ter. Take off heat and allow to stop bubbling. Add peanut butter and butter. Stir well. Spread into skillet. Allow to cool. Break into pieces with handle of butter knife. Toss in powdered sugar. Store in tight seal container. Yield: 1 1/2 pounds.
