    Amish Country Cookbook vol 2

    List of Ingredients




    3 ounces cook and serve chocolate pudding mix
    1 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon butter
    1/2 cup cream
    1 cup salted peanuts
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Recipe



    Put first 4 ingredients in saucepan and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Reduce heat and boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Add peanuts and vanilla, stirring until thick. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper and let cool completely.
