    Amish Country Cookbook vol 2

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup crunchy peanut butter
    2 cups sugar
    1 jar marshmallow cream (7 oz)
    2/3 cup cream

    Recipe



    Place peanut butter and marshmallow creme in bowl. Cook sugar and cream to soft ball stage (238�F). Remove from heat and pour over peanut butter mixture. Beat vigorously until smooth. Pour into greased pan.
