2 1/2 cups sugar
4 cups cream
1 1/4 cups corn syrup
1/2 cup butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Boil rapidly for w minutes the sugar, 2 c. cream, corn syrup and butter. Slowly add another 2 c. cream (do not stop the boiling). Boil rapidly again for 2 more minutes. Add the condensed milk and cook until mixture reaches 238ºF on candy thermometer. Be sure to stir continuously once you add the condensed milk. Pour into buttered pan.
