2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups corn syrup
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons vinegarRecipe
Boil sugar, syrup, and vinegar without stirring until 252�F. Add butter and soda; remove from fire. Pour into buttered tin, and when cool enough, pull. Cut into small pieces and wrap in waxed paper.
