    Amish Country Cookbook Vol II

    List of Ingredients





    2 cups finely chopped walnuts
    1 cup butter
    1 1/4 cups sugar
    2 tablespoons water
    2 tablespoons light corn syrup
    6 ounces chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Spread 1 c. chopped nuts in jelly roll pan. Melt butter. Add sugar, corn syrup and water. Cook to hard crack stage. Pour over nuts. Spread chocolate over top. When chips are melted, spread and cover with remaining nuts. When cool break into pieces.
