1 bag caramels
1 box Lorna Dune shortbread cookies
1 bag chocolate chips
Recipe
Melt caramels down on medium heat in double boiler. Lay cookies out on cookie sheet and add a dab of caramel to each cookie. Then melt chocolate down in microwave; pour over cookie caramel bars, coating completely. Let chocolate and caramel harden (may want to refrigerate to speed the process). Cookies can be stored in freezer.
