Chocolate: Belgian Truffle Cheesecake

CRUST:
1 package chocolate wafer cookies, crushed
1/3 cup butter, melted
FILLING:
24 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
8 ounces bittersweet chocolate
1/3 cup hazelnut liqueur
1 cup sour cream
powdered sugar
Recipe
Combine wafer crumbs & melted butter; Press mixture evenly over bottom & up sides to within 1/2" of top of 9" springform. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
Filling: Beat softened creme cheese & sugar until blended and smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Beat in liqueur, then melted chocolate. Blend in sour cream. Pour into prepared pan. Smooth top. Bake at 350ºF for 45 to 55 min orjust until center is barely set. Cool completely on wire rack, then refrigerate overnight.
To serve: run sharp knife around edge of cake to loosen; remove pan rim. Spread top of cake with sour cream. Arrange chocolate curls on top. Sieve icing sugar over curls. 16 servings
