Chocolate: Belgian Truffle Cheesecake

CRUST:
1 package chocolate wafer cookies, crushed
1/3 cup butter, melted
FILLING:
24 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
8 ounces bittersweet chocolate
1/3 cup hazelnut liqueur
1 cup sour cream
powdered sugar
Recipe
Combine wafer crumbs & melted butter; Press mixture evenly over bottom & up sides to within 1/2" of top of 9" springform. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
Filling: Beat softened creme cheese & sugar until blended and smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Beat in liqueur, then melted chocolate. Blend in sour cream. Pour into prepared pan. Smooth top. Bake at 350�F for 45 to 55 min orjust until center is barely set. Cool completely on wire rack, then refrigerate overnight.
To serve: run sharp knife around edge of cake to loosen; remove pan rim. Spread top of cake with sour cream. Arrange chocolate curls on top. Sieve icing sugar over curls. 16 servings
