    Blueberry: Blueberry & White Chocolate Cheesecake

    CRUST
    1 cup ground hazelnuts
    1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
    Line the bottom of a 9-inch tart pan with parchment paper.
    In a medium bowl, combine hazelnuts, brown sugar, and butter; mix thoroughly.  Press into bottom of prepared tart pan and slightly up the sides.  Chill.

    FILLING
    4 ounces white chocolate, finely grated
    1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
    1/4 cup sour cream
    In the top of a double, melt chocolate, stirring constantly.
    In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese for 3 minutes.  Add the chocolate; beat for 1 minute.  Add sour cream; beat until smooth.  Pour into prepared crust; chill until firm.

    TOPPING
    2 cups blueberries
    1/4 cup sugar
    Zest of 1 lemon
    White Chocolate Shavings
    Rinse blueberries and toss with sugar.  Heap blueberries on top of the cheese filling.  Decorate with lemon zest and white chocolate shavings.
