    Peanut Butter: Buny's Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake *

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1/3 cup + 1/4 c. sugar, divided
    1/3 cup butter, melted
    1/3 cup cocoa
    1 2/3 cups peanut butter chips
    3 packages cream cheese (8 oz each)
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    4 eggs
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract

    TOPPING:
    2 cups semisweet or milk chocolate
    1/4 cup heavy cream

    Recipe

    In a bowl, combine graham crumbs, 1/3 c. sugar, cocoa and butter; press into bottom of 9" springform pan. Microwave peanut butter chips on high for 1 minutes, and stir. Continue cooking in 15 minutes increments, stirring after each heating, until melted. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining sugar until fluffy.

    Gradually beat in milk and chips until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well and then pour over crust. Bake at 300ºF for 60-70 minutes or until center almost set. Remove from oven. With knife, loosen cake from sides of pan. Cool and then remove sides of pan. For topping, melt chocolate in microwave, then stir in enough cream to make chocolate creamy and spreadable. Spread over top and sides of cheesecake. Store in fridge.
