Cherry: Cherry Mash Cheesecake

2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/2 cup butter, melted
24 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
3 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups chopped maraschino cherries
1 cup chopped peanuts
Recipe
Grease a 9-inch springform pan. In a small bowl, combine the crushed wafers and butter; mix well. Press onto the bottom of prepared pan. Bake at 350ºF. for 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Using a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and flour until smooth. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla; beat on low speed just until combined. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into crust. Bake at 325ºF. for 1 hour or until center is almost set. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around the edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight. Remove sides of pan. Refrigerate leftovers.
