    Chocolate: Chocolate Cheesecake (lowfat)

    List of Ingredients

    2 packages fat free cream cheese
    1 package instant chocolate fudge pudding
    2/3 cup nonfat dry milk
    1 cup water
    1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
    1 cup cool whip Lite
    1 chocolate piecrust
    2 teaspoons Nestle Quik
    1 tablespoon chopped almonds
    1 tablespoon miniature chocolate chips

    Recipe

    In large bowl, mix cream cheese til soft. Add pudding and milk powder, and water. Mix well using wire whisk. Stir in 1 tsp almond extract and 1/4 c. cool whip. Pour into pie crust, refrigerate for 15 minutes. In small bowl, combine remaining 3/4 c. cool whip, remaining 1/2 tsp almond extract, and instant chocolate drink mix. Spread mix evenly over cheesecake filling. Sprinkle almonds and mini chocolate chips evenly over top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
