Chocolate Chip: Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

1 1/2 cups chocolate cream filled sandwich cookie
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup mini chocolate chips, divided
1 teaspoon flour
Recipe
In small bowl, combine cookie crumbs and butter. Press on bottom of 9" springform pan. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese till fluffy. Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Toss together 1/2 c. chips and flour; stir into cream cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Top with remaining chips. Bake at 300ºF for 1 hour or until center springs back when lightly touched. Turn off oven and allow cheesecake to cool in oven with door slightly open. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
