    Chocolate: Chocolate Marble Praline Cheesecake

    CRUST
    1 package golden sugar cookie mix
    1 egg
    1/2 cup finely chopped pecans, toasted

    FILLING
    1-1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
    2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    3 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    1 1-ounce square unsweetened chocolate,   melted
    25 pecan halves
    Caramel flavor topping

    Recipe

    For Crust: Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, combine cookie mix, contents of buttery flavor packet from mix, 1 egg, and chopped pecans; stir until well blended.  Press mixture into bottom of an UNGREASED 9-inch springform pan. Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until edge is lightly browned and center is set.  Remove from oven.

    For Filling: In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and flour, mixing well; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually beat in brown sugar mixture.  Remove 1 cup of mixture to a small bowl; add melted chocolate.  Pour remaining cream cheese mixture over prepared crust.   Drop spoonfuls of chocolate mixture over cream cheese mixture.  With a knife, swirl to marble.  Arrange pecan halves around top edge.
    Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until set.  Loosen cheesecake from the sides of the springform pan.  Cool completely on a wire rack.  Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

    Remove the sides of the springform pan.  Glaze top of cheesecake with Caramel flavor topping.  Cut into slices and serve topped with addition Caramel flavor topping.
