    Cookie: Cookie Crumble Cheesecake

    List of Ingredients

    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 cup milk
    1 cup milk, heat to boiling
    2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 cup mini chocolate morsels
    1 9-inch graham cracker crust
    1 cup cookie crumbs

    Recipe

    In blender, sprinkle gelatin over milk; let stand for 2 minutes.  Add hot milk; process at low speed for 2 minutes or until dissolved.  Add cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.  Process until blended.  Arrange chocolate morsels in bottom of the prepared cracker crust.  Pour in gelatin mixture; sprinkle with cookie crumbs.  Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
