Mocha: Keebler Mocha Marble Cheesecake

1 graham Keebler pie crust
12 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1/2 cup white creme de cacao
Recipe
Preheat oven to 325ºF. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until soft. Add sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until well blended. Reserve 1/2 cup of cream cheese mixture, set aside. Pour remaining mixture into crust. Mix instant coffee and creme de cacao with the reserved cream cheese mixture. Place crust on baking sheet. Pour coffee mixture over cheesecake filling. Gently cut through coffee layer with a knife to give marbled appearance. Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool. Chill 3 hours.
