Lemon: Lemon Cheesecake with Lemon Glaze

2 packages instant vanilla pudding mix
2 packages sugar free lemon jello
2 packages fat free cream cheese
2/3 cup nonfat dry milk
1 3/4 cups diet mountain dew
1 cup cool whip Lite®
1 Keebler shortbread or graham piecrust
Recipe
In small bowl, reserve 1 tbl. dry pudding mix and 2 tsp dry jello. In large bowl, stir cream cheese with spoon til soft. Add dry mil powder, remaining dry pudding mix and remaining dry jello to cream cheese. Stir in 1 1/4 c. diet mountain dew. Mix well using wire whisk. Blend in 1/2 c. cool whip light. Spread pudding mix evenly into piecrust. In small saucepan, combine reserved pudding mix and reserved jello with remaining 1/2 c. diet mountain dew. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly til mix starts to boil. Place saucepan on wire rack and let cool 10 minutes. Drizzle mixture evenly over top of pie. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Cut into 8 servings, and top each with cool whip.
