    Basic: Leslie's Cheesecake

    List of Ingredients

    16 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1 pound ricotta cheese, softened
    1 pint sour cream
    3 tablespoons flour
    3 tablespoons cornstarch
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 cup melted butter
    1 can Comstock fruit topping

    Recipe

    Use spring-form pan. Do not grease. Mix all ingredients at once. Mixture will appear watery. Pour into pan. Follow carefully. Place pan in oven then turn on to 325 degrees for 1 hour only. Turn heat off after first hour. Do not open oven door. Continue to bake for 3 more hours. To remove from pan you may have to run knife along sides before releasing lock. Leave cake on pan bottom. Chill and spread with fruit topping
