2 packages fat free cream cheese
1 package instant vanilla pudding
2/3 cup carnation nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup maple syrup
1 cup cool whip Lite®
1 Keebler graham piecrust
1 teaspoon coconut extract
2 tablespoons flaked coconut
2 tablespoons chopped pecansRecipe
In large bowl, stir cream cheese with spoon til soft. Add dry pudding, milk powder and maple syrup. Mix well using wire whisk. Blend in 1/4 c. cool whip. Spread mix evenly into piecrust. Refrigerate while preparing topping. In small bowl, combine remaining 3/4 c. cool whip and coconut extract. Spread mixture evenly over filling; evenly sprinkle coconut and pecans over top. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
