CRUST:
1 1/2 cups graham crackers
2/3 cup melted butter
FILLING:
2 pounds softened cream cheese
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup rum
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
Recipe
Mix together wafers and butter. Press in buttered pie pan and bake for 8 minutes at 350 ºF. Mix cream cheese and sugar on slow speed. Add eggs, sour cream and rum. Mix. Melt chocolate, add to filling and swirl for a marbled effect. Bake at 350ºF for 50 to 55 minutes.
