Chocolate: Mary's Outstanding Chocolate Cheesecake

CRUST:
1 stick unsalted butter
1 cup chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
FILLING:
32 ounces cream cheese
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/3 cups sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 eggs
TOPPING:
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
Melt butter and crumbs and press in the bottom of a 9" springform pan. Use electric mixer to beat the cream cheese, chocolate, sugar, flour and vanilla till well blended. Beat at high speed till smooth. Add eggs one at a time till well mixed; pour into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven 500ºF for 10 minutes then reduce oven to 250ºF and continue baking 50 to 60 minutes, till knife inserted near center comes out clean. Remove and let cool 10 minutes. Prepare topping and pour over cake; bake 5 min longer. Cool the cake on a wire rack for 45 mins to 1 hour. Refrigerate until firm, 8 hours or overnight.
