Chocolate: Mary's Outstanding Chocolate Cheesecake

CRUST:
1 stick unsalted butter
1 cup chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
FILLING:
32 ounces cream cheese
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/3 cups sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 eggs
TOPPING:
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
Melt butter and crumbs and press in the bottom of a 9" springform pan. Use electric mixer to beat the cream cheese, chocolate, sugar, flour and vanilla till well blended. Beat at high speed till smooth. Add eggs one at a time till well mixed; pour into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven 500�F for 10 minutes then reduce oven to 250�F and continue baking 50 to 60 minutes, till knife inserted near center comes out clean. Remove and let cool 10 minutes. Prepare topping and pour over cake; bake 5 min longer. Cool the cake on a wire rack for 45 mins to 1 hour. Refrigerate until firm, 8 hours or overnight.
