Strawberry: No Bake Strawberry Bottom Cheesecake

1 ready made cookie crumb crust
4 ounces softened cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 ounces frozen cool whip
1 pint fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
1 cup strawberry glaze
Recipe
Slice strawberries and place on paper towels to drain. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping, blending well. Spread thin layer of glaze over bottom of crust. Place strawberry slices on glaze and cover with another thin layer of glaze. Gently spoon mixture over glazed berries in crust. cover with inverted dome and chill until set, at least 4 hours. Store left over pie in refrigerator.
Note: I made strawberry glaze with heated strawberry jelly. Also if carrying this someplace on a hot day or it has to sit out at a p[icnic table. Mix unflavored gelatin with 2 tablespoons of warm water. Stir until dissolved and then mix in with filling at once. IF it sits around it gets firm and you have to microwave it or heat it again to get it to a liquid state.
