    Peanut Butter: Peanut Butter Treasure Cheesecake

    List of Ingredients

    CRUST:
    1 1/2 cups finely ground chocolate wafer cookies
    1/3 cup butter, melted

    FILLING:
    16 ounces cream cheese, softened
    14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
    3 large eggs
    6 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted cooled
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    12 ounces Nestle Peanut Butter Treasures -- coarse chopped
    1 tablespoon baking cocoa

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 325ºF. Grease 9-inch springform pan. FOR CRUST: Combine cookie crumbs and butter in medium bowl. Press onto bottom and 1 inch up side of prepared pan. FOR CHEESECAKE: Beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk in large mixer bowl until smooth. Beat in eggs, melted chocolate and vanilla extract. Stir in Treasures; pour into prepared crust. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until edges are set but center still moves slightly. Remove from oven; cool completely in pan on wire rack. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Remove side of pan; sprinkle with cocoa before serving.
