Strawberry: Strawberry Custard Cheesecake

CRUST:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons softened butter
FILLING:
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup sour cream
2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
TOPPING:
1 21 ounces can fruit
Recipe
In a small mixing bowl combine crumbs, sugar and butter. Mix well with fork. Press mixture into bottom of well buttered pan and chill in freezer for 20 minutes. In bowl beat cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and heavy cream until smooth. Add milk, sour cream and sugar and beat until very creamy. Pour into chilled pan and bake in preheated 450ºF oven for 40 minutes. Remove and allow to cool for 1 hour. Spread topping evenly over top and bake in preheated 375ºF oven for 15 minutes. Remove and allow to cool completely. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
