    Butter: Butter Cookies

    Mennonite Fellowship Meals

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound butter
    1 1/4 cups sugar
    3 egg yolks
    5 cups sifted flour
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda

    Recipe

    Cream together butter and sugar. Add yolks and beat well. Add flour and baking soda, mix thoroughly. Press small cookies onto baking sheet. Bake at 400�F for about 10 minutes. Makes 100 small cookies.
