5 1/3 cups sweetened coconut flakes
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoons almond extractRecipe
In a large bowl, combine coconut, milk and extracts; mix well. Line baking sheets with foil and grease generously. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets. Bake at 350ºF for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned edges. Immediately remove from baking sheets to wire racks to cool. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
