Oatmeal: Healthy Oatmeal Cookies

1 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup oat bran
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup brown rice syrup
1/3 cup apple juice concentrate
1/4 cup Fruitsource sweetener
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. In a medium bowl, combine the dry ingredients, except the Sucanat or Fruitsource. In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients. Combine the two mixtures. Drop by the spoonful onto a non-stick baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until just set.
