MYO Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies

List of Ingredients
18 oz. pkg. Devils Food cake mix
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 cup cocoa
12 oz. chocolate chips; melted
2-3 drops mint flavoringRecipe
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Combine cake mix, eggs, water, cooking oil, and cocoa. Blend well. Let stand for 20-30 minutes. Shape into 1/2" balls. Place 2" apart on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Flatten with bottom of glass that has been misted with non-stick cooking spray. Bake 8 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Stir mint flavoring into melted chocolate chips.
Spread or dip chocolate on cookies.
