1 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla

In a medium bowl combine flour, cornstarch, and confectioners sugar. In a large bowl beat margarine at medium speed until smooth. Add flour mixture and vanilla; beat until well blended. If necessary refrigerate 1 hour or until easy to handle. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cooky sheets,flatten with lightly floured fork. Bake in 375ºF oven 10-12 minutes or until edges lightly browned. Remove; cool on wire rack. Store in tightly covered container. Makes 3 dozen.
Almond Melting Moments-Add 1 cup finely chopped almonds to the flour mixture.
