Mocha Bean Cookies

1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 tablespoon salt
6 ounces chocolate covered mocha beans
1/2 cup chopped toasted hazelnutsRecipe
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cream butter and sugars together. Add egg and vanilla and mix well. Blend in dry ingredients, in 3 batches, until well mixed. Fold in mocha beans and chopped hazelnuts. Drop tablespoons of dough onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or cooled. Makes 4 dozen cookies. Can use an 11-oz. pkg of Trader Joe's Coffee Chocolate Pecans in lieu of the the chocolate covered coffee beans and hazelnuts; with good results.
