Peanut Butter: Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Cookies

List of Ingredients
2 sticks butter (softened, not melted) - 1 cup
2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
3 lg. eggs (room temperature/slightly beaten)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 T. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
16 oz. jar crunchy peanut butter
2 dashes nutmeg
1 dash cinnamon
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Recipe
Combine butter, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, baking soda, vanilla extract and salt in large mixing bowl. Beat with electric mixer until batter starts to hold peaks and is completely mixed. Add softened cream cheese and spices to batter and mix with electric mixer until well blended.
Then add peanut butter and beat with blender until fully mixed. Add flour to batter in about thirds and fold in with large mixing spoon by hand until the flour is all in the mix.
Drop teaspoonfuls of nuggets on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in a 325F degree oven for 15 to 16 minutes. Allow cookies to cool for about 2 to 3 minutes before removing from baking sheet. This allows the cookie to cool and take a firm shape before moving.
