Peanut Butter: Peanut Butter Criss-Crosses

List of Ingredients
1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
Recipe
Cream first five ingredients thoroughly. Stir in peanut butter. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet; criss-cross with floured fork tines. Bake at 350ºF about 10 minutes. Makes 4-5 dozen.
