    1 pound butter (2 cups)
    2 cups sugar
    2 eggs
    3/8 cup heavy cream
    1-3/4 teaspoons vanilla
    6 cups flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoons baking powder

    Recipe



    Cream sugar and butter until very light. Add in eggs then cream and vanilla. sift together dry ingredients and mix into creamed mixture. Divide into pieces and wrap in plastic wrap and chill until firm. Roll out on floured board and cut into shapes bake at 350 until edges just start to brown. Makes 10 dozen cookies.
