    List of Ingredients




    2 egg whites
    1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup chopped nuts
    1 cup white chocolate bits

    Recipe



    Beat egg whites, cream of tartar, salt and vanilla until soft peaks form. Add sugar gradually and beat until peaks are stiff. Fold in chocolate and nuts. Cover a cookie sheet with brown paper and drop batter by teaspoonsful 2" apart. Bake 25 minutes at 300ºF .
