Here's how to turn a standard angel food cake mix into 30 or 40 cupcake variation! Bake in a 350ºF oven for 12 to 17 minutes. It is not necessary to cool up-side down. When not using liners, cupcakes should be allowed to cool completely in the pan. When baking without liners it is necessary to have enough pans to hold all the cupcakes at once because of cooling. When using liners, cupcakes can be removed from the pan turning up-side down on the counter. Batter can be stored in the refrigerator for a second batch when using liners. Fill 2/3 full. Makes about 30 to 40 cupcakes.
