    List of Ingredients




    2 oz unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    1/3 cup butter, softened
    1-1/2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    1-3/4 cups sifted flour
    3 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup milk
    3/4 cup copped walnuts

    Recipe



    Melt chocolate; add granulated sugar, stirring well. Beat in one egg yolk until mixture is smooth. Set aside. Cream
    together butter, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla. Beat in remaining egg yolk.

    Resift flour with baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Stir in chocolate mixture and walnuts.

    In separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff; fold into batter. Spoon batter into greased and lightly floured Bundt muffin pan, filling about 1/2 to 2/3 full.

    Bake at 350 about 12 minutes. Cool in pan 5 minutes; turn out on wire rack.

    Note: Baking time for muffin pan is 12-15 minutes at 350 for recipes that would bake 45 min at 350 in a 12 cup pan.
