12 ounces apricot nectar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 pound marshmallows
8 ounces cool whip Lite
Recipe
Combine apricot nectar and marshmallows in saucepan. Heat and stir until marshmallows are melted; add lemon juice and cool. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into serving dish or individual sherbet glasses. Chill.
