List of Ingredients
BATTER:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
FILLING:
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
16 ounces cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
TOPPING:
1/2 cup sugar + 1 tsp cinnamonRecipe
Using mixer, combine all batter ingredients in one bowl and all filling ingredients into another. Spread about 1 1/4 c. batter into greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Drop cheese filling over batter by spoonfuls. Drizzle remaining batter over top. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 325ºF for 45-60 minutes or until set. Serve warm or cool. Can top with fruit pie filling.
